Refund policy

We have a Satisfaction Guarantee policy. If you are unhappy with your response, you have 24hrs to report it and we will work out something to make it right.

To file a claim, you can contact May Kalinu at maykalinu@gmail.com. We'll work with you to come to an agreement privately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund (or partial refund) was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
